TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
How to order:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, add your items
to your shopping cart, checkout and provide payment (via credit/debit card) and
we will do the rest.. Alternatively the products are available to order over
the phone. Please call us on 01432 360222 to make your order.
We accept Visa,
Switch, Solo, Delta, AMEX, Electron and MasterCard for on-line transactions and
the additional facility of cheque, cash, BACS/CHAPS, postal orders for telephone
sales.
Delivery commitment:
Orders will typically arrive within 72 hours of purchase unless you order an
item which is no longer available from us, is out of stock or yet to reach market
- in these cases you will be notified within 24 hours.
Delivery charges:
Delivery cost will be added to your total order value and
clearly displayed in your checkout totals prior to order.
Credit Card Security:
All card payments are handled by trusted 3rd parties. For credit/debit card payments, you will be redirected to our 100% secure payment page hosted with ProtX ( www.protx.com ). ProtX are one of the web's leading secure payment gateways. If you do not wish to conclude your purchase online, please don't hesitate to phone us and we'll process your order 'offline'.
Returns:
Returns are accepted up to 7 days from date of invoice and all items must be returned in as new condition for a refund/credit
